Our 5th graders made prayerful acrostic poems about the Sacrament of Penance and Reconciliation. Children in grades 3-8 will participate in penance services on Tuesday, March 28th. #sjdisciplesofchrist Annual Fund Update 3.22.23 🙏🏻 Thank you to those who joined us for our 7th and 1st grade Mass this morning, and thank you to our generous donors. We are now up to $57,524.80! Wooohooo! We will continue to keep you up to date. If you’d like to make a gift, please click the link in our bio. We will also share a link to the different “Ways to Give” in our stories. God bless and Goooo Knights! Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 21st is officially our Day of Giving! Please join us at 8:00am for our school Mass in honor of St. Joseph. We will share a link to the different ways to give in our story, and you can also learn more about The Annual Fund for St. Joseph School LB and how to make a gift by clicking the link in our bio. Thank you! Goooo Knights! Did you know that Miss Smith was once a student at St. Joe’s? In today’s Teacher Spotlight Miss Smith shares why she chooses to work at St. Joseph Catholic School. Also, don’t forget to mark your calendars: March 21st is our Day of Giving and we would love for you to join us for our 8:00am school Mass. Be safe, God bless, and Goooo Knights! In today’s Student Spotlight we learn what Elizabeth in 7th grade loves most about going to St. Joseph Catholic School. Thank you, Elizabeth, and thank you to all of our students, parents, grandparents, alumni, parents of alumni, parishioners and friends, for all your love and support. Please remember to join us for our Day of Giving and school Mass, Tuesday, March 21st. When Peter asked Jesus how often he should forgive his brothers and sisters, Jesus answered, “I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times.” At Mass on Tuesday, we discussed how God can help us forgive others from our hearts, even when it is challenging. This year we launched The Annual Fund for St. Joseph School LB, to help advance the mission and long-term viability of St. Joseph Catholic School. The Annual Fund is the best way possible for our community to support all aspects of the school. Current parents in Grades AK-7… look forward to seeing you tomorrow at 6 pm! Link will be emailed tomorrow morning.
